About Martin
Martin has over 20 years experience as a senior executive, building teams and coaching individuals. He began his career in Europe at Black & Decker and later at Hasbro before returning to the US. There he led Hasbro’s International Marketing division and served as the Executive Vice President of LeapFrog’s International division.
After leaving corporate life, he co-founded a career exploration company for students and worked individually with professionals like Joylyn and Joe, aiding them in transition into new careers.
Martin has a thoughtful approach, tailored to each client’s unique situation, coupled with a focus on providing necessary structure and support to facilitate effective and confident career transition.
Martin lives in Los Gatos, CA., where he enjoys yoga and mountain biking. His claim to fame? His name and likeness were used for a GI Joe figure with the codename Hard Drive!
